Dominican Medical Foundation, a service of CHW Medical Foundation (CHWMF), is seeking a family practitioner for our Boulder Creek location. All inpatient care is done at Dominican Hospital, a 300+ bed Catholic Healthcare West (CHW) facility. This is an excellent opportunity to join other established physicians who provide services to patients throughout the Santa Cruz region along California’s coastline.
The physicians associated with Dominican Medical Foundation - some of whom have provided care in the community for more than 20 years - are some of the finest in healthcare, with diverse backgrounds and impeccable training.
As a service of CHWMF, Dominican Medical Foundation is affiliated with Catholic Healthcare West, one of the leading healthcare systems in the country.
